Business Philosophy

Terms of Trade


1) Prices are quoted in US dollar, either in FOB or CIF terms depending on the customer requirement.
All our prices are negotiable and inquiries are welcome. FOB or CIF rates can also be negotiated upon request.

2) A deposit of up to 50% is required prior to shipment with the remainder due prior to release of the shipping documents. Payment of deposits is required within seven days of confirmation via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), direct credit, or confirmation of L/C or other arrangements.

3) Please be advised that we only sell Used heavy equipments unless if it is Advertised as Brand New. Used machineries usually have marginal Defects, and the Customer should realize that Claims will not be paid due to the machinery not being in Brand New Condition.

4) Worldwide Heavy Equipment guarantees that the machineries are described on our website as accurately as possible. The guarantee is not a warranty; it only guarantees the customer against misrepresentation of the equipment(s). However Worldwide Heavy Equipment does recognize that equipments pass through many different hands in transit to our customers; ports in USA, stevedores loading and unloading ships, ships crew, ports at destination, storage and transporters etc. and we do not guarantee that machineries will arrive in the same condition when inspected.

5) Worldwide Heavy Equipment will not take any responsibility regarding any meter wind-up issues that may occur after arrival to your country. The only guarantee we can provide regarding the hours is the information we receive from the auction data, and if there were any mismatches between the actual hours and the data provided by the auction we do not take any responsibility for that.

6) The Cancellation charges for a machinery Purchased on Customer request will be $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the type of the machinery; If the machinery has not already been shipped. However if the machinery is already shipped by the time the customer cancels the order, the customer will have to pay additional Charges (Penalty ch. Document ch. Freight ch. And other amendment charges) as well as the Cancellation Charges mentioned above.

7) If a machinery is reshipped back to USA, we will refund the Funds deducting the Freight Charges, and all other applicable Charges.

8) If the consignee is unable to settle the balance payment within seven days after the unit has arrived in the designated port, the unit will be re-exported back to the U.S.A after notification to the consignee. Advanced money will be returned to the consignee after the deduction of transport and freight charges, and all other applicable charges beard by Worldwide Heavy Equipment

9) Refund of Payments: We can not refund the money to any account other than the one from where the money was sent to us. We have to take these steps to abide by the U.S Banking Law.

10) Equipments will be arranged for shipping immediately after your Advance funds are received by us. Then these equipments will be transported to the Shipping Yards and some charges shall apply as Port charges if the shipment is held up due to customer request or Cancellation.

11) Parts will be sent as Freight collect, unless advised to us in advance to send as Freight Prepaid.

12) As the Rules and regulations of Shipping Companies / Auction Houses / Banks and Government bodies might change time to time, Please Note that Worldwide Heavy Equipment Terms Of Trade could also be updated without any prior notice.

How do I know the equipment I revived is the same that I ordered?
We advertise all the equipments with their chassis numbers and their photos. The chassis number is a unique number engraved on the chassis by its manufacturer. This chassis number will be on your Bill of Lading. A Bill of Lading is a document that establishes the terms of a contract between a shipper and a transportation company. It serves as a document of title, a contract of carriage and a receipt for goods.

Who is shipping my vehicle from USA?
We do have a separate division for shipping (Freight Forwarding). With years of experience in the exporting business, Worldwide Heavy Equipment has become very knowledgeable in shipping and customs in other overseas countries. We work with various ocean freight liners. We will ship your machinery by either roll on/roll off, or inside a container.

What kind of quality control measures does Worldwide Heavy Equipment employ?
All equipments are fully cleaned, inspected, and repaired before export, depending on customer requests.

What kind of customer service does Worldwide Heavy Equipment offer?
We have English and Arabic speaking staff that can assist you in importing equipment to your country. We also help you with after sales services and supplying parts for your equipments.
